Duo.AI provides an AI-powered booth design tool that generates branded exhibition booth visuals based on real, modular stand structures. The service includes booth generation, brand application, and quote request features.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits and Payment

• New accounts receive an initial allocation of free credits.
• Credits are consumed when generating booth designs.
• Additional credits may be purchased at published rates.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the brand assets (logos, images, etc.) you upload to the platform. Generated booth visuals are provided for your use in planning and quoting exhibition stands. The underlying booth designs, modular structures, and platform technology remain the property of Duo Display.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell the service without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage
• Misrepresent generated visuals as final construction plans

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Generated booth visuals are for visualization and planning purposes. Final booth construction may differ from generated visuals depending on manufacturing specifications and site conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duo Display shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
